Relaxing Sunday :)

Good Afternoon, 
 
After having had a lovely evening with my boyfriend and a couple friends at home last night, I am currently relaxing on this beautiful Sunday afternoon. It's nice to get some time to do nothing every once in a while. And my nothing time this weekend has involved a nice evening with my boyfriend on Friday night, before a busy day preparing for a meal with friends and lots of fun games. So today, after spending the morning with my boyfriend, I decided I'd have another go at making on of my felt creatures. Here he is:

  

Isn't he cute? I'm not too sure about the dark brown thread, but I don't have any coffee coloured thread so it was the next best thing. I think his muzzle came out best. :)


While I'm here I'm going to show you all a card I made a couple of days ago. This is a thank you card.

 This card was made using:

• Make & Create 5'x7' Cream card
• Papers and die cuts from Papercraft Inspiration Magazine Issue 111
• cArtus die (the larger matting for the front image).

Here's a closer look at the main image. I really like this card, its a little more detailed than my previous thank you note but still so simple. :)


Well that's my Sunday afternoon, I might take a nap or spend some time reading now. It's been a lovely weekend. :)
